Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam Hotel

My room had a beautiful view of the river. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The shower was amazing and the bed provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's architecture was stunning and the interior design was luxurious. Highly recommend!

During our stay at the Waldorf Astoria, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of fresh ingredients and the attentive staff made sure we were enjoying our meal. We also had the pleasure of visiting the Vault Bar, where we were impressed by the cool atmosphere and the bartender's knowledge of whiskey. the dining aspect of our stay was unparalleled.

This hotel is remarkable and offers high, end luxury amenities with attention to detail. the room I stayed in was spacious, quiet and beautifully designed. the bed was very comfortable with soft smooth linens. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and dust, free during my stay. the hotel offers a private "Classic Boat Dinner" tour, which I highly recommend.

The hotel room lacked a diversity of fragrances, as there were only four options provided at check, in. my experience at this hotel was amazing.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, just as you would expect from a top-rated hotel. the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. They even recognized my loyalty status and provided special perks, such as complimentary breakfast and drinks. the location of the hotel was also perfect, being close to all the main attractions but still tucked away from the tourist crowds. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are well-furnished with exposed beams and small windows, giving a rustic yet cozy ambiance. The bathrooms are a highlight, designed with modern fixtures and sleek finishes. The staff is friendly and helpful, with exceptional service. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options to start your day.

Some guests felt that the service lacked personalization, with only occasional use of guests' names, which could have been disappointing considering the hotel's exclusivity.

Absolutely Lovely High Tea

The hotel location is amazing, just a short walk to Dam square and close to restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The concierge provides excellent guidance on tourist attractions. The private boat trip at sunset is truly amazing, a must-try experience.

The hotel had amazing service, with friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs and provide excellent customer service. the location was also very convenient, within walking distance of popular tourist sites and museums. the rooms were spacious and elegant, offering a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacked sufficient blackout curtains, allowing too much light to enter the room. This made it difficult to sleep, especially with jet lag.

Utterly professional and charming service, luxurious room with wonderful bed, clean and polished TV remote, bonus garden, excellent central location.

It provides easy access to all the important attractions and is just a short walk away from the main tourist spots. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a spectacular view of the canal. The service is top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable stay.
